Our students have seen that people from Hanze are over here and doing the work happily. Even when there is no direct benefit from it. It encourages our students to work diligently and they are encouraged in the work they are doing together with the Hanze staff. If someone from another home comes to give you a hand, how dare you fail to do it together with them.
Around me you can see the construction workers, they are the first year engineering students from National Instructors College Abilonino. The buildings needed renovation and now they are making the roofs higher for better air circulation and replace some of the materials. The materials are fundraised by the Hanze staff members and provide a healthier environment for the students. In the mean time they are having a nice time together, getting to know each other and making new friendships.
